Jen Doyle

Registered Social Worker, Associate Therapist

With her outgoing personality, empathetic nature, and positive energy, Jen creates a space where clients feel understood and ready to make positive life changes. She has 15 years’ experience working in various mental health settings. Jen understands people do not anticipate sudden challenges or overwhelming emotions. During these times looking after yourself gets pushed aside, deterring us from wellness, ambitions, and happiness. Jen’s goal is to support clients re-discover their inner strength to overcome challenges in life and explore what living their best life looks like.

As a queer practitioner, Jen understands the challenges identifying with yourself and fitting yourself into societal labels. As part of this LGBTQ2S+ community, Jen takes pride in using her experience to help others navigate challenges and find their authentic best self.
